10. Start-up
If your unit is model 5200X, 5300X or 5300X PLUS pre-assemble it following the instructions
described in this manual, adequately tightening the screws and bolts of the assembly to avoid
air leaks.

SAGOLA recommends, when carrying out cleaning and maintenance, the installation of a shut-
off valve in the general network, at a point immediately before the installation of the unit.
With the general air network closed, install the unit, always in a vertical position, in the desired
location.
Make sure there is enough space to facilitate the replacement of the Filter and the collection of
decanted elements in the unit's deposit.
Turn the unit's pressure regulator clockwise making sure that it is free.
Connect the air hose from the unit to the machine or tool to be used.
Open the general network shut-off valve.
Turn the regulator clockwise and adjust the desired pressure, visualising it on the pressure gauge.
Follow the operation instructions of the machine or tool to be used.

Offer a helpful visual reminder of maintenance
programs of our filters. They help ensure opti-
mum performance of filters that need replace-
ment indicators to function effectively.
When you start using the filter, firmly squeeze
a few seconds the activation button timer of
each filter. Once activated, an activation red
line will appear in the window, which will conti-
nue to fill with color over time.
