SUFFOCATION
HAZARD - Infants
have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and
side of the bassinet/cradle and on
soft bedding.
• Use only the pad provided by
Fisher-Price.
• NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or
another mattress for padding.
