Incorrect fixing.
Wear of the spindle and/or
moved pulley.
Lack of lubrication or wear of
the bearings.
Twisted spindle.
Pulleys not aligned.
Bit badly fixed.
Bit with incorrect sharpening.
Bit out of specification.
Loose belt(s).
Incorrect fixing.
Undue use. (See chapter Preventive
Maintenance).
Fast advance of the spindle.
Bit with incorrect sharpening.
Bit out of specification.
Pullies not aligned, loose belt(s).
Loose intermediary pulley spindle.

Verify the installation and/or wait for
the stabilization of the network.
Replace the switch.
Send the motor to an accredited
technician.

Select the correct bit.
Stretch the belt(s) via the stretcher.

Align the pulleys and adjust the belt(s)

Fix the spindle.
