MSK-150_09092003.qxd
Brown/White
This is an armed output. The output switches to ground when the alarm
is armed.
The output can be charged by max. 200 mA. If you want to switch a
higher current you must use an additional relay.
Attention! This output is not active in case the system is
armed without shock-/voltage detection sensor.
Red
Connect the cable to a permanent 12 volt battery feed (+30). Best way
is to connect the red wire directly to the positive terminal of the battery.
Black
Connect to a vehicles GND terminal for 100 % contact (-31). Best way is
to connect the black wire directly to the negative terminal of the battery.
Alert inputs
The MSK-150 offers a triple protection against theft via the following
inputs.
1. By means of the shock sensor impacts against the car are recorded
and in case of an activated system an alert is triggered for approx. 30
secs. The shock sensor does not react on changes of the vehicle
inclination and therefore the MSK-150 works absolutely independent
from the location. In order to ensure a proper function of the shock
sensor the alert system has to be firmly connected to the car body.
2. The voltage control monitors the complete supply system on board of
the vehicle.
In case that a consumer with more than 8 W is connected at an
activated system the MSK-150 triggers off an alert for approx. 30
seconds. The voltage control is only switched completey 2 mins. after
activation of the alert system in order to avoid a false alarm. The
voltage control has to be deactivated at cars with automatically
starting consumers (see software switches page 40).
