WELD TESTS

Refer to Standard EN ISO 14555 (currently in the final draft status of the project) which examines all the variables
that affect the process:
- Standards relative to the welding process and materials used
- procedures, documentation and checks
- tests and exams
The aforesaid variables change according to the importance and responsibility ensuing from the work to be done.
Our standard fitting includes two devices for the bend tests of pins and studs Ø 3 - 4 (item 88120) and Ø - 6 -8 mm
(item 88121 also usable with Ø 5 mm pins).
This is the easiest test: bend the welded pin by 30° and repeat the test in different directions. The detachments or
the imperfections shown in the drawings in table 2 must never occur.
