Resetting the displayed maintenance message

Reset the displayed maintenance message once the stated maintenance service has been carried out, as described below:
1. Press the F1 key.
2. Keep pressing the F3 key until the code 0012 is displayed.
3. Press the F4 key to confirm and reset the maintenance message.
Important
The maintenance message is only active if parameter AP010 ≠ 0.

Resetting an upcoming maintenance message

Reset an upcoming maintenance message once the intermediate maintenance service has been carried out.
1. Navigate to the Meter menu.
2. Press the F4 key to open the menu.
3. Press the F3 key until SVC is displayed.
4. Press the F4 key to access the maintenance message.
5. Keep pressing the F3 key until the code 0012 is displayed.
6. Press the F4 key to confirm..
7. Press the F3 key until CLR is displayed.
8. Press the F4 key for around 3 seconds, to confirm and reset the maintenance message.
The display shows DONE. The maintenance message is reset.
9. Press the F1 key several times to return to the main screen.

Periodic check and maintenance procedure

Warning
Before performing any operation, make sure the boiler is not powered on. Once the maintenance operations are
complete, reset the original boiler operating parameters if they were changed.
Danger
In the case of maintenance/disassembly of the boiler combustion circuit installed on a collective flue in positive
pressure, take the necessary precautions to prevent the fumes from other boilers installed on the collective flue
from entering the room where the boiler is installed.
Warning
Wait for the combustion chamber and pipes to cool down.
Important
The appliance must not be cleaned using abrasive, aggressive and/or easily flammable substances (e.g. petrol or
acetone).
The following checks must be performed every year in order to ensure efficient boiler operation:
1. Check the appearance and seal of the gaskets in the gas circuit and the combustion circuit. Always replace all gaskets on
parts removed during inspection and maintenance operations;
2. Check the condition and correct position of the flame detection and ignition electrode;
3. Check the condition of the burner and that it is correctly fastened;
4. Check for any impurities located inside the combustion chamber. To do so, use a vacuum cleaner;
5. Check the pressure of the heating system;
6. Check the pressure of the expansion vessel;
7. Check that the fan is working correctly;
8. Check that the intake and exhaust pipes are not obstructed;
9. Check for any impurities inside the siphon;
10. Check the condition of the magnesium anode, if present, for boilers equipped with a calorifier tank.

Checking the water pressure

In order for the boiler to operate correctly, the pressure of the water in the heating circuit, shown on the
between 1.0 and 1.5 bar. If necessary, restore the water pressure as described in the chapter entitled "Filling the installation".
