The valve is operated manually by turning the handle left or right by 45 degrees (from centre).
The flow through these positions is decided by the valve model & flow size.
In the valve's centre position the flow direction is dictated by the valve model (Table 1, Order
Codes). In its left position the flow is directed from P to B and from A to T, in its right position
the flow is directed from P to A and B to T. The exception to this is model 288 where both the
left and right positions allows flow from P, A, & B to T.
If a 2 position valve has been selected (Table 5, Order Codes), either the left or right position
is prevented.
If a 3 port option has been selected (Table 6, Order Codes) either the A or B port will be plugged.
Any combination of the valve port & position options are available.
Interflow of a valve is dictated by its flow size (Table 3, Order Codes). This occurs during actuation
from one position to another. Interflow is described in detail on page 10 of this document.
