Adjusting and checking safety
devices for GAS only
Gas pressure switch.
· Adjust to minimum distribution
pressure.
Burner is working with ignition capacity.
· Close ball valve of fuel slowly.
Burner should stop because of
insufficient gas pressure.
· Open ball valve again.
Burner shall restart automatically.
The pressure switch is adjusted.
· Fit and screw cover on.
Leakage controller :VPS.
· Open pa on the VPS.
· Restart burner.
After 30s, the VPS should lock out to
safety ( red indicator On).
· Close pa.
· Press red indicator light to unlock
the VPS safety.
The control cycle is restarted.
Burner works.
· Check for leakage.

various circuits.
When GAS combustion tests are
validated, return to FUEL OIL.
· Check FUEL OIL combustion
values, which should remain
unchanged relative to initial
adjustment.
· Record results on the appropriate
forms and forward them to the
dealer.
· Set to automatic operation.
· Distribute the information required to
operate.
· Place the boiler-room plate in a
conspicuous location.
