allow at least 20 minutes to elapse between two long or intensive uses

Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any

• Wash the bowl, cover, dual-blade knife and emulsifier with a soft sponge (non-
abrasive) and hot water with washing-up liquid. Rinse with clear water and dry carefully
with a soft clean cloth.
Be careful not to injure yourself when handling the

blades as they are sharp.
Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth, and dry it thoroughly.

• Make sure that no water or other liquid substances can get inside the motor unit.
• Never use scouring pads or abrasive detergents for cleaning.
The bowl, cover, dual-blade knife and emulsifier

are dishwasher-safe. The motor unit and bowl
base unit are not dishwasher-safe.
