WITH THE DUAL-BLADE KNIFE
1. Place the mixing bowl on its base unit on a flat and stable surface.
2. Place the dual-blade knife on the drive shaft in the mixing bowl.
3. Place the ingredients, which have been cut into pieces, in the mixing bowl (do not
exceed the maximum quantities indicated in the "Preparation guide" section).
4. Place the cover on the mixing bowl.
5. Fully unwind the power cable and insert the plug into an easily accessible power socket.
6. Place the motor unit on the mixing bowl (The motor unit is just placed on top of on the
bowl: there is no locking position) by matching up the ▲and ▼ symbols as shown in
the diagram below.
7. Hold the mixing bowl with one hand and press the push button "I" (speed 1) or "II"
(speed 2) with the other hand to operate the mini chopper.
8. Release the pressure on the button to stop it.

Wait until the blades have completely stopped turning before lifting the motor
unit and removing the cover.
9. When you've finished, unplug the appliance from the power socket.
