16.1 Complaints and repairs
For complaints and repairs, please send the fully assembled hand-held nutrunner to the supplier or our
customer service workshop in Murrhardt, Germany.
Complaints and repairs cannot be accepted if this procedure is not followed.
16.2 Warranty
We give a 2-year warranty for Rexroth devices (proof by means of invoice or delivery note).
Damage that is attributed to natural wear, overload or improper handling remains excluded from warranty.
The warranty only applies to the delivered configuration.
The warranty will not apply if the product is incorrectly assembled or handled or not used as intended.
