Removing the cable assembly from the iCAT-WK adapter

Mounting the ROBO WH cable assembly
1 Introduce control lead (3) into bore on the adapter.
2 Remove pneumatic line (4) to the clamping cylinder (9).
3 Cut off cable binder (2) at the cable support (1).
4 Remove the cable support (1).
5 Remove all lines of the cable assembly (5), (6), (7), (8) from the adapter or unscrew them.
Mounting takes place in reverse order.
6.5 Mounting the liner
NOTICE
• New still unused wire guide liners have to be shortened to the actual length of the
cable assembly.
• For handling the wire guide, please observe the enclosed wire guide
mounting instructions.
• Strip 350 mm of the insulation sheathing of the liner, after determining the correct length.
