To comply with the fire resistance class, the distance between the front surface
of the photovoltaic module (glass) and the roof surface must be at least 10 cm.
This distance also allows the airflow to cool the photovoltaic module. Install
photovoltaic modules with a minimum distance of 1 cm between neighboring
frames to allow thermal expansion.
Mounting methods
The following mounting methods are available: screws or clamps.
See the figures below. Do not modify existing mounting holes or make new
holes. Do not apply excessive pressure to the frame so that the frame deforms.
Screw mounting: the modules must be mounted using the mounting holes
located on the back of the long parts of the frame, using M8 stainless steel
