1. Press button to go to "b Sh" Biguanide Shock.
2. Fill a clean tube to the 5 mL line with water sample.

5. Invert once to mix. Insert into ColorQ.
6. Press button to read "b Sh" Biguanide Shock. Remove tube.
7. Press button to return to blank meter or hold button until OFF is displayed.
