During the course of normal use per the instructions in this IFU, wear and tear can occur. Below is a list
of observable indications of normal wear and tear, that signify the device should be sent to IlluminOss
for service.
• Console
o Damage to the power cord
o Tongs misshapen
o Dents
o Dings
o Loose fittings
o Fuse housing / power inlet broken or damaged
o Fuse housing missing
o Loose or missing screws
o Fan Filters are clogged / damaged/ missing / degraded
o Red "Change Bulb" indicator light flashing
o Red "Change Bulb" indicator light steadily illuminated
o Continuous audible beeping sound when device is on, indicating bulb needs to be changed.

o Malformed
o Pinched or kinked
o Cracked component
