4.1 Dangers
Observe the information regarding the safety systems, and the safety notes in this operating
manual. The device is controlled through the touch screen. During operation, keep the area around
the TOPITEC
EXPERT free of clutter to ensure unobstructed access to the control elements.

4.2 Danger areas of TOPITEC
For operating personnel, the operating area includes the touch screen and the other control
elements as well as the areas that need to be accessed to set up the TOPITEC
clean it. When carrying out maintenance or repair work, the entire area around the
TOPITEC
EXPERT becomes a danger area that must only be accessed by electricians who

When carrying out maintenance or repair work,
there is a risk of injury from crushing!
Danger
When carrying out maintenance or repair work, do not touch moving parts.
Risk of entanglement! When working in the danger area wear tight-fitting
clothing (no necklaces, rings, ties, long hear, long ear rings, etc.). Do not wear
protective gloves (risk of entanglement).
Danger
When carrying out maintenance or repair work,
avoid contact with electrically powered parts!
Never cover the ventilation slots at the top or other openings of the device.
Protect the housing against the ingress of water or other foreign substances.
Do not place objects on the device, as this could lead to
overheating.
