When the machine start on cold condition, put the choke lever on the off position;
when on hot condition，the choke lever should be on the on position.
Move the throttle controller from "low" to "high", and put the switch on the "I"
position.
Pull up the starting lever slowly until feel the resistance and then pull out it
suddenly.
