Installation - Wiring
Description of the various steps in the mechanical and electrical installation of VW3A7102,
VW3A7103 and VW3A7104 braking units
1 Mechanically install the drive and the braking unit.
2 Remove the drive cover in accordance with the safety instructions given in this document.
3 Detach removable part A located inside the drive.
4 Connect the BU- and BU+ terminals on the drive to the BU- and BU+ terminals on the braking unit using connecting bars B.
Important: The distance between the flexible bars connecting the BU+ and BU- power must not exceed 10 mm.
