After a certain working time the idle stroke of the device could be reduced which then
indicates that the hydraulic oil of the pneumatic device has to be refi lled or exchanged:

Remove the screw (9) with a hex wrench:

Close the air supply and cover the whole from which the screw had been removed (9)
with some cloth, then press the trigger (43) and the oil is leaking out of the device:

Screw the oil injection adapter (one set of oil injection adapter in the accessory package)
into the hole from which the screw (9) had been removed

Use the oil injection (in the accessory package) to inject the oil slowly until you can't
inject any more (approx. 15 ml). Remove the injection device and its adapter, then clean
the device and re-insert the screw (9) and tighten it well:

Check the idle stroke of the device. In case the idle stroke is not what it is supposed to
be, this means that some air might have got into the oil cylinder (11) during the fi lling
process. Then this air has to be released out of the device. Connect the device to the air
supply, operate the trigger (48) about 6 or 7 times, then loosen the screw (#9), drain the
excess air and tighten the screw (9) again.
