3.1. Description of messages and error codes
The unit stops the counting process when an error occurs and will display on of the following error messages:

Ensure that the machine cover is closed
properly and no light can enter.
Remove the banknotes and clean the
hopper sensor
Remove the banknotes and clean the
stacker sensor
Remove the banknote and clean the
detection area inside the currency counter.
Clean the wheels near the counting sensors.
If the error persists clean the transport
wheels.
Reset the machine to factory settings.
