Training mode 4: Calorie countdown. In the selection, with the blinking calorie window, press "+"
or "-" to change the value. The calorie range varies between 20-990 CAL. The default is 50 CAL.
b) Pre-configured program "P1-P36". For Countdown mode only of time. In the selection, with
the time window flashing, press "+" or "-" to select. The time range varies between 5-99 minutes.
The default is 30 minutes. Tighten the "MODE" key to return to Defaults.
c) FAT: body fat test. In FAT mode, the belt must be stopped.
5.4Press "START" after configuring the training mode. The screen will count from 5 to 1 and will
emit 5 beeps. When arriving at 1, the belt is activated delicately; increase the speed manually,
and the speed will become smoothly constant.
a) During operation, press the "+", "-" or "SPEED SHORTCUT" keys to adjust the speed you
want.
b) For P1-P36, speed and incline are divided into segments of 10. Each segment has the same
time. After the selection, the speed will be that of the segment current. When you move on to the
next segment, you will hear 3 warning beeps. To complete 10 segments, the engine will shut
down and you will hear a long beep.
c) When pressing the "START" key while the belt is moving, it will stop. Press the key "START"
again. The treadmill will start to move, and the recorded data will be stored.
5.5 Press "STOP" with the conveyor moving, and the conveyor will slow down slowly until it
stops. Everything goes back to standard mode.
5.6: In any mode, if the security key is pulled out, the display shows E7 and the alarm sounds.
The mat stops.
5.7: The controller is always monitoring. The treadmill will stop in the event of an abnormal
occurrence. The display will show the message ERR and an audible alert.
5.8: When the display shows the message ERR, press the "STOP" key, and the ERR message
will be deleted.
5.9: BODY FAT FUNCTION (Optional)
With the treadmill stopped, press the "PROGRAM" key until you select "FAT" and enter the body
fat function. Then, press the "MODE" key to set the parameter.
A): F1 defines Sex: 1 (man), 2 (woman). If the display shows the number 1, and the user is a
man, he must confirm, and the gender is selected.
B): F2 defines Age: ranges from 1-99, and the default is 25.
C): F3 defines the Height: varies from 100-220 cm. The default is 170 cm.
D): F4 defines the Weight: ranges from 20-150 kg. The default is 70 kg.
E): F5 indicates the BMI. After entering all the factors and entering the "FAT" function, the
treadmill will calculate the BMI. Hold the support bar with both hands, wait 4 seconds, and the
display will show the BMI.
We will use as an example someone of Asian origin: BMI below 18 means underweight; between
18 and 24 means normal weight; between 25 and 28 means overweight; and above 29 means
obesity.
6 - Meter-inch conversion function:
6.1 Remove the security key and press the "PROGRAM" and "MODE" keys at the same time.
The "SPEED" window displays a "0.6", which means converting from kilometers to miles.
6.2 Remove the security key and press the "PROGRAM" and "MODE" keys at the same time.
The "SPEED" window displays a "1.0", which means converting miles to kilometers.
7 - User Program
The treadmill has three user modes: USER01, USER02, and USER03, which can be adjusted
by the user.
Press the "PROGRAM" key to select the program U01 ~ U03. Press the "MODE" key to set the
parameters.
