Seat and handlebar adjustment
It is important to adapt the settings of your bike to your body type.

Seat
Loosen the seat post clamp screw, adjust the seat height according to the instructions below, then
tighten the clamp respecting the tightening torque.
When adjusting the seat to its lowest position, make sure that it does not touch any component of the
bicycle, for example the frame. Also, be careful not to exceed the minimum seat post insertion mark.
This insertion mark should never be visible when the bicycle is in use.
To check the correct height of the seat, sit with your legs straight and your heel resting on the pedal
(fig. B). When pedalling, your knee will be slightly bent once the foot is in the low position (fig. A).
WARNING: it is important to fit a cover onto the seat springs if a child seat is installed
in order to prevent any risks of fingers becoming trapped.
