6.24. A forgotten set programme might have stopped the boiler.
6.25. A bad quality of pellets, humidity, excess of sawdust, can be causes of unexpected stops.
6.26. If the boiler turns off and there are half burnt pellets in the burn pot, this might be due to a lack of cleaning.
Revise chapter related to cleaning and maintenance.
6.27. Internal dirt or ongoing use without cleaning.
6.28. If the boiler is off and there are no pellets in the burn pot, check the reducer motor, convection motor and
extractor.
THE AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK:
6.29. Check the red pilot light located behind the liner door on the Cantina Nova (see drawing 15) and Aveiro. If
the red pilot is on for more than 2 minutes, then the cleaning system has jammed. Contact your distributor.
