• The INDUCTOR LITE is safety designed against accidental heating. If the heating command is wrongly pressed
(pressing on the pneumatic pedal or on the button switch on the Glass Blaster), and if the inductor is not close to a
piece of metal to heat within a period of 1 minute, then the product automatically stops. Release the heating command
in order to start again the heating.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

• Single phase electrical supply.
- Electrical voltage supply : from 85V to 265V, WITH earth.
- Below 230V : 16A protection recommended (10A minimum).
- Electrical supply frequency : 50 or 60 Hz
In normal use, in 110V, in Auto mode, the intensity does not go higher than 15A, whatever the inductor in use.
Only with the Glass Blaster, in manual mode, on a thick sheet or steel block , with settings superior to 60% and when in
contact, will the intensity go higher than15A.
In this event, switch to two phase. At 208V, Imax<13A.
Check that the electrical power supply and its protections (fuses and/or circuit breaker) are compatible with the requested
current during use. The product is protected also for use with generators.
• These are A-class devices. They are designed to be used in an industrial or professional environment. In a different
environment, it can be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility, due to conducted disturbances as well as radia-
tion. Do not use in an environment exposed to metallic dust.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product is ready for immediate use, once correctly connected to the electrical supply. The INDUCTOR LITE
consists of an inductor and an inverter power source. A powerful magnetic field is concentrated in the inductor when
the trigger is activated. When the inductor is applied close to a ferrous metal, the induction currents create heating in
the metal, without actual contact with the piece of metal to be heated. The product heats up steel, but is not adapted
to heat Aluminium, Copper or Zinc.
The INDUCTOR LITE product can be used for the following applications :
- Remove all adhesives, logos, plastic bands glued on the car body,
- Release metallic parts (rusty bolts, screws, spark plugs, injectors...).
- Remove sealed glass without damaging the trim (rear window, rear quarter panel, sun roof...),
- Remove anti-gravel protection (BLAXON) and seals.

PRODUCT SET-UP

Connect the product to the electrical supply.
Connect the hose with the pneumatic pedal to the front side of the product.
Connect the chosen inductor to the front panel of the product. Make sure to securely tighten the connection by toppling
down the plastic lock.
To switch ON the product, position the switch on the back of the product to the (« I ») position. The heating starts if the
inductor is placed close to a ferrous metallic part and by pressing the pneumatic foot-pedal or the switch on the inductor
in case the Glass Blaster is used.
