54. Install the two fasteners (1) located under the instru­
ment cluster bezel securing the top pad to the base
panel. Tighten the fasteners securely.
55. Install the upper fasteners (1) located across the top
of the upper I/P pad. Tighten the fasteners securely.
56. Align and position the lower I/P pad (1) to the base
instrument panel.
57. Working from the driver side to passenger side, hand
tap the lower I/P pad (1) to engage the retaining clips.
