40. Remove the fastener (1) securing the ignition anti­theft
bracket (2) and remove the bracket.
41. Remove the fasteners securing the ignition switch (4).
42. Accessing through the radio cavity, remove the fas­
tener securing the wireless control module (3).
43. Remove the WCM (3) through the radio cavity, discon­
nect and discard.
44. Locate the remote start antenna mounting loca­
tion/cavity located on top of the I/P, forward of the
instrument cluster. If the fastener inserts are not
present, install the kit supplied inserts.
45. Mount the remote start antenna (1) to the I/P using
the locating tabs and the kit supplied fasteners (3).
Tighten the fasteners securely.
46. Using a fish tape or equivalent, route the antenna
harness (2) through the opening between the antenna
and cluster to the center stack area.
damage to the harness, make sure the harness
is routed behind the structure and away from any
radio/trim panel mounting locations in the center
stack area.
47. Obtain the kit supplied WCM (1) , connect the ignition
harness (2) and antenna harness (3).
