Replacing the Air Valves

8-10-1 Replacing the Servo Valve

1. Remove 4off Security screws (M5x10) and remove the Ride Base
Front Cover.
2. Disconnect the connector from the PCB.
3. Disconnect the Air Tubes from the Valve Connectors. (To remove the
air tubes, push the blue release in, and whilst holding it in, pull the
air tube out.)
4. Remove the Pozi head screw (M4x16) and remove the Air Valve.
5. Unscrew the Valve Connectors and Silencer from the Servo Valve.
6. Re-assemble in reverse order. (The air tube is a simple push fit.)
