Inserting the Battery

To insert your hearing aid battery, follow
these steps:
Step 1: Apply light pressu-
re on the notch on the bat-
tery door, and swing open
the door. Do not force it.
Remove the battery.
Step 2: Remove the
tab on the A312 battery,
slide in the battery
with the «+» side up,
matching it to the «+»
on the battery com-
partment door.
Step 3: Swing the door
into the closed position.
The door should close easi-
ly. Do not force it. If there
is resistance, check that the
battery is inserted correctly.

The life of your hearing aid battery will vary
depending on length of daily use, listening
environments, and how your hearing aid is
programmed. When the hearing aid battery
goes dead, remove it immediately and replace
it with a new battery. Batteries may be
purchased from your GOhear Hearing Care
Professional or at most pharmacies.
WARNING
Keep the hearing aid out of the reach of child-
ren. The hearing aid contains small pieces that
may be swallowed and may cause a choking
hazard. Immediately contact your physician if
any piece is swallowed.
CAUTION
Open the battery door when the hearing aid is
not in use. This helps to prevent excessive battery
drain and allows for proper ventilation of the
hearing aid.
CAUTION
Dispose of the batteries, device, and components
according to applicable local regulations. Unlawful
disposal may cause environmental pollution.
