Limited Warranty

Please see your GOhear Hearing Care Professional
regarding specific warranty information. Our warranty
covers defects in material or workmanship in the
hearing aid itself (except tubes, domes, cords and
batteries), appearing within two years from the date
of purchase, when used in accordance with the
instructions provided with the hearing aid. The sound
tube and ear dome are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship appearing
within three months from the date of purchase when
they are used in accordance with the instructions. The
above warranties extend only to the original retail
purchaser. Please refer to the battery manufacturer for
warranty questions as the battery is provided "without
warranty". In addition, any services by your GOhear
Hearing Care Professional shall be warrantied solely by
such persons and are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty will become invalid if the hearing aid has
been tampered with or altered in any way, or if the
serial number has been altered, effaced, removed, or if
any repairs have been made without authorization.
This warranty is specifically limited to the scope set
forth herein, and may not in any way be expanded by
any other oral or written representations.

This warranty does not include a promise of specific
hearing improvement, as that depends upon your
audiological needs, proper fitting and adjustments by
your GOhear Hearing Care Professional and proper use
by the owner.
We will, at our option, repair or replace without charge
any hearing aid, sound tube or ear dome covered by the
above warranties. Repair or replacement is our only res-
ponsibility and your only remedy under the above war-
ranties. All in-house warranty work performed by the
manufacturer will be done within a reasonable period of
time. If warranty work is performed and there appears
to be a defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to the
warranty, our warranty obligations will be deemed to
be met if you do not notify us of any problems within
one month of the date of the original warranty work.

Enclose the Proof of Purchase. Include a letter with your
name, address, phone number, and description of the
specific problem. Pack the product carefully to prevent
damage in transit. Because of possible loss in transit,
we recommend insuring the product with return
receipt requested.
