Use
Unscrew the tank cap (9) (leave the fi lter
under the cap), and pour the spray for use
into the tank (10). Replace the cap.
Adjust the shoulder straps to a suitable
length and put the tank on your back.
Pump the pump handle (3) up and down to
create pressure in the tank.
Direct the lance nozzle (1) towards the area
to be sprayed and press the trigger (5) to
start spraying. You can also lock the trigger
button using the lock button (4) to achieve a
constant spray.
Pump the pump handle again when the
pressure drops and spraying stops.
If necessary, adjust the nozzle spray profi le
by turning it. The spray profi le can be set
from a thin stream to a broad fog, depending
on the nature of the task.

Cleaning and storage

If there is still pressure in the tank when you
fi nish working, lift the safety valve to equalize
the pressure.
Empty the tank after use. Always dispose of
unused spray in accordance with local rules
and regulations!
Clean the tank and the tank cap thoroughly
inside and out after use.
Read the instructions for the spray for
information on the type of cleaning required.
Do not use steel brushes, scouring pads or
strong or acidic cleaning agents.
The pump unit, hose, lance and nozzle can
be cleaned internally by pouring some
clean water or detergent into the tank and
spraying it out as described under Use.
If the sprayer has been used for a particularly
dangerous spray or for agents that might
produce a chemical reaction with other
sprays, it must always be taken apart and
each section must be cleaned thoroughly.
Lubricate the pump handle, pump unit and
nozzle using lubricating oil after each use.
Do not expose to high temperatures or direct
sunlight.
Replace the seals if they are leaking, worn or
brittle, or if the pump effi ciency deteriorates.
