Press the MENU key again to start scanning. Press the EXIT key to stop scanning.
Note: This function cannot be activated if the radio is in channel mode.
Pointer
Press the EXIT key to move the cursor up/down. Then, you can modify and confirm the parameter
indicated by the cursor.
Quick Hi/Lo power selection
In channel mode, press the #SCAN key to switch between high power (H) and low power (L).
The icon corresponding to the chosen power will appear on the screen.
Key lock
This function locks the keys to prevent them from being accidentally touched.
To lock/unlock the keys, press and hold * . If the voice prompt function is activated, you will
hear the confirmation "Lock" or "Unlock".
