Disposal
In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE) as amended, product and its accessories should be collected
separately for recycling� Do not dispose of as unsorted municipal waste� Contact local
distributor for disposal information� Ensure infected equipment is cleaned per the
Cleaning section of this IFU and the device accessories' IFU prior to recycling�
Dispose of any system accessories according to normal institutional practice relating to
potentially contaminated items�
Adverse Event Reporting
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to this device should be reported to Stryker
and, in the European Union, to the competent authority of the Member State in which the
affected person resides�
