4.3 Installing the system on a nursing home bed equipped with a
"Duomat 9" motor
Use the handset to position the bed at a comfortable working height and pull the power plug.
Attach the box to the motor from below with the lower retaining lug.
Foot section
Attach the retaining plate to the SafeLift Box as
shown in the illustration and screw it tight. Dis-
connect the bed from the power supply. Loosen
and remove the motor cover with a screwdriver.
Open the red fastening clip of the motor and
slightly pull out the slider.
Head section
Fasten the box to the motor under
the backrest at the head end of the
bed!
