7.13 CF – Fluid flow in main cooling circuit (MAIN).
The flow is measured by an internal sensor located on the main cooling circuit.
Its value is shown on display D3
A minimum flow threshold below which the flashing "H2O" alarm status is activated can be set based on the applica-
tion. During this stage, the minimum flow threshold can be adjusted. If this status lasts for longer than 30 seconds, the
welding system stops and "error 75" is displayed (Err on D1, 75 on D2).
To restore correct operation, turn the power source and console off and on after removing the cause of the error.
The threshold can be adjusted by selecting LED L5 and turning M1. The value is shown on display D2
Range = 0.3 ÷ 2.0 l/min.
Default = 0.5 l/min.
From the TIG touch panel: MENU -> Accessories -> Fluid Flow Threshold (MAIN)
7.14 CFA – Fluid flow in auxiliary cooling circuit (AUX).
The flow is measured by an internal sensor located on the auxiliary cooling circuit.
Its value is shown on display D3
A minimum flow threshold below which the flashing "H2O" alarm status is activated can be set based on the application.
During this stage, the minimum flow threshold can be adjusted or the function can be deactivated (see note below). If
this status lasts for longer than 30 seconds, the welding system stops and "error 75" is displayed (Err on D1, 75 on D2).
To restore correct operation, turn the power source and console off and on after removing the cause of the error.
The threshold can be set by selecting LED L5 and turning M1. The value is shown on display D2
EN
Range = OFF (0.00 l/min) - 0.3 ÷ 2.0 l/min.
Default = 0.5 l/min.
From the TIG touch panel: MENU -> Accessories -> Fluid Flow Threshold (AUX)
NOTE: If the auxiliary cooling circuit is not used, the CFA function must be deactivated
Console PW30:
- press M1 to select LED L5;
-turn M1 anticlockwise until the message OFF appears on D2;
-press M1 to confirm.
TIG power source:
MENU -> Accessories -> Fluid Flow Threshold (AUX) = 0.00 l/min

MAINTENANCE

8.1

Periodic inspection, cleaning.

Periodically make sure that the welding system equipment and all connections are in proper condition to ensure operator
safety. Periodically open the panels of the console to check the internal parts.
Periodically remove dirt or dust from the internal parts, using a jet of low-pressure dry compressed air or a brush.
Check the condition of the filters in the console internal pressure regulator and replace if necessary.
Check the condition of the electrical connectors, the power cable and the pneumatic fittings; replace if damaged.
After repairing, arrange the wiring in such a way that the parts connected to the power supply are safely insulated from
the parts connected to the welding circuit. Fit the clamps as on the original machine to prevent a connection from occur-
ring between the power supply and welding circuits if a conductor accidentally breaks or becomes disconnected.
