Troubleshooting
Whenever the appliance does not work properly, try to solve the less serious problems using
this table
FAULT
The gas appliance does not turn
on
In the cooking compartment
there are stains
The pilot light does not go on
The pilot light goes on but the fla-
me does not stay lit
The device does not cook pro-
perly
The burner flame goes off during
operation
Water does not reach the tank
Tank tipping blocked
The light indicators do not turn on
If the problem cannot be resolved, turn the appliance off and shut all the supply valves. Then
contact authorized customer service.

Open the mains tap
•
Repeat the ignition operation
•
Use the specific detergent
•
Repeat rinsing
• Replace cable, glow plug or piezo
• Replace/Clean pilot light nozzle
• Open gas valve
• Replace valve or thermostat (see
chap. 7 Replacement of compo-
nents)
• Replace the Thermocouple
• Reset the safety thermostat
• Replace the gas valve
• Check gas pressure in nozzle
• Place bulb in correct position
