To disconnect the appliance completely from the mains power,

the mains plug must be removed from the power socket . The
appliance must be positioned so that you have unrestricted
access to the mains socket at all times and can pull out the
plug immediately in an emergency .

cable; always pull directly on the plug itself . Never touch the

liquids come into contact with live components during
operation . If the appliance ever falls into any liquid,
remove the power plug from the socket immediately . Do
not restart the appliance . Contact the Service Hotline
(see section Service) .

mentally sound gas that is flammable . In the event of
a leak, pull out the plug, avoid any open flames or
sources of ignition, ventilate the room where the
appliance is located and contact customer service .
Do not store any explosive substances in this appliance, such

as aerosol containers containing flammable propellant .
Do not operate any electrical appliances which do not cor-

respond to the types recommended by the manufacturer
inside the refrigerator compartment .
Do not use an external timer switch or a separate remote

control system to operate the appliance .
