2.- Make sure you place the appliance on a hard, flat surface. Avoid contact with excessively
hot areas or other dangerous elements. Check that the connection wire and the power point
are in perfect condition.
3.- Make sure that there is a space of more than 30 cm around the appliance on each side,
especially at the front (the user's area).
4.- Before switching on the machine for the first time, clean the surface and the frame of the
plaque with soapy water and then dry them. Remember that the plaque must not be
submerged in water.
5.- Connect the plug to the socket according to the values indicated in this manual. A flashing
light located in the middle of the controls will indicate that the plaque is connected.
6.- The button system on the left controls the upper inductor of 1,800 W. The centre area is for
adjusting the timer and the buttons on the right are for controlling the lower inductor of
1,300 W.
7.- Press the "ON/OFF" button and select the upper or lower inductor you wish to use with the
upward arrows. At that moment, the number 8 or 3 will appear respectively.
8.- If you do not place any metal item apt for use in induction on it, the plaque will give out an
intermittent BEEPING sound to warn you. If you do not place the item after 30 seconds, the
plaque will switch off automatically.
9.- Once the frying pan or the saucepan has been placed, the plaque will start to heat up. The
initial default power level will be the maximum (8). Press the buttons with arrows to reduce
or increase the power. A number between 1 and 8 will show the power level selected.
10.- Set the cooking time.
a.- Select the power level or temperature you want by pressing the up and down buttons.
b.- Press the TIMER's upward arrow. Keep it pressed to advance more quickly. Set the
time with a maximum of 99 minutes. If you need to, use the downward arrow to correct
the time. Wait for 5 seconds without pressing the arrows and the time will be set.
c.- Once the cooking time is up, the plaque will give out a long BEEPING sound after
which it will automatically switch off.
11.- Use of the blocking system:
a.- Select the power level or temperature you want by pressing the up and down buttons.
b.- Press the "LOCK" key until a small red light comes on. Now all the controls are
blocked.
c.- Press the "LOCK" key again until the light disappears. The controls are activated
again.
12.- Once you have finished using the appliance, press the "ON/OFF" button to turn off the
plaque. The ventilator will continue to function for a few seconds to prevent heat bags
inside the plaque.
