Place each pedal (11) on a pedal frame (5), insert the screws (29) through the pedals and the pedal
frame and secure them with the washers (27) and the handlebar nuts (40). Note: Please note the
difference between the left and right sides, both of which are installed in the same way. Adjust the
position of the treads to your natural stride, in accoradance with the three preset screw-in positions.
The foot position on both feet of the device can be altered.

Insert the corrugated washer (32) onto the lower foot pedal axle on the main frame (1). Insert the
assembled pedal frames (5) onto the foot pedal shaft and screw them together with the washers
(31) and the screws (30).
