Using the Sous Vide stick for the first time
Rinse the stainless steel housing and heating rods with clean water before using them for
the first time. To do so, rotate the stainless steel housing until the arrow
lock symbol
. Slide the stainless steel housing over the heating elements, being careful not to
damage the circulator. After cleaning, slide the stainless steel housing back onto the device and
turn it until the arrow
points to the closed lock symbol

Getting started with the Sous Vide stick
Use the clamp to attach the device to the cooking vessel. The cooking vessel should have
a capacity of 6–20 l. Fill the container with water at least to the MIN mark on the device.
Plug the mains plug into the socket. A beep is output, and the On/Off button
