Center adjustment of the blade shall be by the center of the handle. The pulley position
is adjusted in the course of slow rotation thereof by hand. In any case the new saw blade
ensures proper operation of the device.
You should completely de-energize the device before cleaning (washing). Open the
door, loosen the straining pulley and remove the saw blade. Wash the device with hot water.
Clean main assemblies and parts with a wet cloth and hot water. After washing thoroughly
wipe all the parts of the device.
Pay special attention to hard-to-reach places in the device, chain gear pulleys and lower
parts.
Upon removal of bolts from the pulley, all other parts are removed from the left side
(and installed in the same manner). It means that the bolt shall be loosened by turning it
clockwise upon which it is possible to remove all other parts, thereby preventing moisture
ingress to the electric equipment of the device.
Upon 200 service hours you should lubricate supports of the straining and driven
pulleys.
Upon 5000 service hours you should remove the straining pulley and spring, replace the
bearing in the pulley support.
The maximum noise generated by the device is 70 dBA.
