The maximum weight of the processed product is from 1,000 to 2,000 kg, then the saw
band should be replaced. However, if the device is used to cut products that do not contain
bones, the service life of the saw blade is extended by many times.
When in operation the processed product shall be directly pushed through the cutting
area. You should, to the most extent, observe precautions and safety rules.
Having stood to the device, put your right hand on the pusher lever, place the latter in
the middle of the product (e.g. a piece of meat), the left hand shall also be pressed against the
pusher lever producing more pressure on the product. Upon processing of a portion of the
product, push it beyond the saw. It is strictly prohibited to touch the product when it is in the
vicinity of the running saw: it may result in severe injuries.
You shall also use your left hand to change settings or to stop operation removing cut
product from the device. Pull the lever and extract the pusher. Select the required volume of the
product for the next cutting. Pay special attention to pressure on the product, however, you
should not apply too much efforts: it may result in failure of the device, sliding of the pulley in
the saw blade and disrupture of the latter. In any case you should take into account the
condition of the product being cut, availability of bones therein.
1.
In the course of installation you should pay special attention to the direction of blade
position; the teeth should be directed downwards.
2.
The saw blade shall be covered with a cap; the cap shall not touch saw teeth. Otherwise,
operation of the device will be more noisy and the service life shorter.
3.
In the downtime the device shall be periodically started so that the upper pulley makes
no less than two rotations: it will extend the service life of the saw blade.
4.
Open the device door, it will immediately stop, while the saw blade will keep on
rotating. Be careful, do not touch the blade: it is very dangerous!
5.
Don't forget to use protective gloves before operating the device.
6.
Don't remove the product from the device if you haven't taken elementary precautions!
When removing smaller pieces from the saw blade, take all the precautions to make the
operation painless. In any case you should wear protective gloves.
Before replacement of the saw blade loosen the pulley fixture by turning it
anticlockwise, remove the blade.
Be careful when installing a new blade. Follow the instructions presented in Note 1,
otherwise, the saw blade will pop out of the device case. The ideal position is that where the
saw blade and the slicing block are located between the upper and lower pulleys and the medial
plate divides the device by equal halves.
Proper operation requires the edge of the saw blade to be ideally aligned with pulleys'
edges. Otherwise, the disarrangement shall be aligned using the adjusting screw handle, lever
or screw; thereat, the screw handle moves the saw blade backwards.
