3.3 EZ 600™ AND CHEF 600™

3.3.1 ABOVE COUNTER INSTALLATION

Ensure the blender has 7.5" (19 cm) unobstructed space
surrounding the sides and back of the blender to prevent
overheating.
Select a location that is near an electrical outlet. Also consider
proximity to ingredients and patrons as well as available
counter space.
3.3.2 600 SERIES MODELS INTERFACE

Note: Power switch is located on the back of the Chef 600
Preprogrammed Cycles
For varying speeds use preprogammed cycle buttons. To start a
cycle, press any preprogrammed button - low, medium or high. To
end that cycle or press

to activate low or high pulse.

Preprogrammed cycles
Preprogrammed cycles run at varying speeds and durations, and
automatically stop. To start a cycle, press any preprogrammed
button. Press any cycle again to end that cycle. Hold

3.3.3 SELECTING THE DESIRED PROFILE
The EZ 600 includes three profiles that can be changed.
Note: This feature is not available on the Chef 600 Model.
In order to change profiles
1. Turn the blender off and then turn it on.
2. Within 10 seconds of cycle count appearing on the screen,
press the buttons in the order indicated below for the desired
profile:
Multi 1 - Small, Medium, Large
Multi 2 - Medium, Large, Pulse
Multi 3 - Large, Pulse, Small
3. The blender will store the new profile and then return to the
idle screen.
