Connection to the distribution network, installation, and
maintenance of the appliance must only be carried out by
qualified technicians only, in observance of all applicable
regulations!
• This appliance has been designed exclusively for indirect cooking
in containers and for keeping food hot using a steam-warmed
tub.
Check that the water drain tap "C" (fig.2) inside the appliance, is
closed, "right".
Fill with water making sure you don't fill the tub over the maximum
level indicated by the marks in the tub.
Switch the power on using the switch upstream of the appliance.

• Turn knob "A" (fig.1) so that the indicator mark on the control
panel corresponds to the desired water temperature.
• Turn the knob to "0"
•
Switch the power off using the switch upstream of the appliance.
Make sure that the machine is off and the water is at room
temperature.
Insert one end of tube "D" (fig.2) into the drain hole and fasten it
pointing downwards.
The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat that cuts off the
electric power supply in case of anomalies.

The appliance has been designed for professional use and
should only be used by qualified personnel.

Care must be taken when using the appliance because the
cooking surfaces are very hot.
•
The tub must be filled with water to the water level mark.
The appliance mustn't be used without water.

When the green indicator light is on, the appliance is supplied
with electric power.
Turning the appliance off
Tub water drain
Place a container under the drainage tube to collect the water.
Lift lever "B" (fig.2) and press lever "C" (fig.2) to the left to drain
the water from the tub.
Safety Thermostat
To turn the appliance on again, press button "E" (fig.2). This must
be done by a specialised technician.
