Appendix lll: Management Software Configuration
Wincomplus
It is available on the «Download» section in our web:
To establish a connection with the MDS system to be managed via the IP Decoder, you
must configure the connections port used by the Wincomplus application.
To do this:
1- Go to the «FXL Network» Menu and select the «Serial Port» option.
2- In the «Serial Port» screen, right click on the TCP/IP option and select the «Establish
System Port» option from the drop-down menu.
3- To configure the connection parameters, right click on the TCP/IP option and select the
«Change Description» option from the drop-down menu. The parameter configuration
screen will appear:
Server:
- Connection via a local network: Enter the «Decoder's IP Address».
- Connection via the Internet: Enter the «Router's IP Address» connected to the IP
Decoder.
Port: Enter the «Listening Port» number configured on the IP Decoder.
Username and Password: Enter the «Username» and «Password» configured on
the IP Decoder.
