WL24-2xx4x: with static front-screen heating for use in environments with gradual tem‐
perature changes within the +5 °C ... +15 °C range.
WL24-2B230S02: glass front screen
WL24-2V240S03: M16 connector, glass front screen, dynamic power heating on the
rear side of the glass, current consumption: 150 mA. The dynamic power heating is
automatically switched on and off depending on the ambient temperature (23-26 °C).
For the use of quick temperature changes in the range of <0 °C...+10 °C
WL24-2V530S04: M12 male connector, 5-pin, glass front screen, dynamic power heat‐
ing on the rear side of the glass, current consumption: 150 mA. The dynamic power
heating is automatically switched on and off depending on the ambient temperature
(23-26 °C). For the use of quick temperature changes in the range of <0 °C...+10 °C
WL24-2R240S05: PG9 connector
WL24-2B430T01: housing is coated with Teflon
The Troubleshooting table indicates which measures are to be taken if the sensor stops
working.

LED indicator/fault pattern
Yellow LED does not light up
even though the light beam is
aligned to the reflector and
there is no object in the path of
the beam
0.5 ... 10 sec.
0.5 ... 10 sec.
Cause
No voltage or voltage below
the limit values
Voltage interruptions
Sensor is faulty
Measures
Check the power supply,
check all electrical connec‐
tions (cables and plug connec‐
tions)
Ensure there is a stable power
supply without interruptions
If the power supply is OK,
replace the sensor
