Before first use, please read the operating instructions and familiarize yourself with the device.
Observe the safety instructions for proper and safe use.
Intended Use
FIAP profiwork Fish Bone Cutter, in the following called device has been produced exclusively for
processing of fish and for use at an operating voltage of 380-400 V.
The device is suitable for use in compliance with the national installation regulations.
Improper use
It can not occur under normal use and dangers of improper handling this device for people with. From
improper use of our liability, as well as the general operating license expires.
CE Declaration
In accordance with the EC Directive EMC Directive (2004/108/EC), conform. The following harmonized
standards were applied:

Safety instructions
For safety reasons the potential hazards of this appliance reasons, children under 16 or people
who can not recognize or are not familiar with these instructions, do not use!
Please keep these operating instructions in a safe place! When changing owners pass on the
instructions. All work with this appliance may only be carried out in accordance with these instructions.
With improper handling the combination of water and electricity can lead to serious danger for life.
Operate the unit only if no persons are in the water! Before reaching into the water, always disconnect
the power supply to all devices in the water. Compare the electrical data of the power supply to the
label on the packaging or on the device. Make sure that the unit is secured by a residual current device
with a rated residual current of maximum 30 mA safe. Operate the unit only on a correctly fitted socket.
Keep the power plug and all connection points dry! Lay the connection cable protected so that damage
is excluded. Only use earthed cables, installations, adapters, extension or connection cables that are
approved for outdoor use. Do not carry or pull the unit by the cable! With a defective cable or
enclosure, the unit must not be operated! If the power cord of the appliance is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard. When the cable is
damaged, the appliance should be discarded. Electrical installations must comply with international
and national installation requirements. Never open the housing of the device or its associated parts,
unless specifically noted in the instructions. Do not make any technical changes on the device. Use
only original spare parts and accessories. Only be carried out by authorized service centers. It must be
ensured that all conductive parts (screws, terminals, etc.) are isolated and can not be touched directly!
For questions or problems, please contact a licensed electrician for your own safety!
Electrical connection
The electrical connection must be carried out according to the VDE and EVU by an authorized
specialist. All performance data can be found on the nameplate. All work on the unit are carried out in
de-energized condition!

Commissioning
1. Wet the inlet slide and the inlet of the bone cutter.
2. Close the protective cover - Without closing the protective cover the machine will not start.
3. Push the start button.
4.Fill in the prepared wet fillet crossway on the inlet slide to the rotating knives. – Do not put your
hand under the protective cover!
5.The rotating knives (rolling direction to the outlet) grip the filet; pull it through the machine to the
outlet slide while cutting the fish bones. The fillet will come out at the outlet slide.
6. Approximately 5 seconds passing time per fillet is needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning or maintenance, always remove the power plug!
Do not clean the machine and its components with solvents, flammable or toxic cleaning liquids. First
drain all the air. Sharpen the knives with a whetstone
Disposal
The device must be disposed of according to national regulations.
Ask your dealer.
