Use:
6.3 Training timer
• This type of timer is designed for programing a training session made up of a succession of periods
of di erent lengths and at di erent intensities, the whole to be repeated a certain number of times.
• It is therefore necessary to program the session before you start the training session.
To simplify the procedure, take a look at the following example:
You want a training session with three 45-second bursts of fast running interspersed with 15-second
walking sections.
