Cleaning instrument jaws (as required)
1. Remove obvious contamination on the instrument jaws and
the joint area regularly (e.g. in breaks during use) with a
cloth moistened by sterile non-conductive water or a soft
plastic brush. Be very careful when cleaning the joint area.
2. Dry the instrument jaws thoroughly before activating the in-
strument again.

Precleaning the product in the procedure room
1. Use a soft cloth (such as a compress) to remove any obvious
contamination immediately after use and/or place the prod-
uct in deionized water.

Cleaning, disinfection, sterilization
7.1
Safety instructions
The product must be prepared while it is dismantled.
Not suitable for manual cleaning and disinfection.
Suitable for precleaning using an ultrasonic bath.
Clean, disinfect and sterilize the product again immediately after
use.
On no account use sharp or abrasive objects for cleaning purpos-
es.
Do not put in hydrogen peroxide!
Disinfectants must be rinsed off thoroughly after use.
Maximum air pressure during drying: 2 bar.
Maximum water pressure during rinsing: 4 bar.
During machine cleaning and disinfection, do not exceed 95 °C.
