This mode combines the benefits of each mode from level 6 to level 16.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before plugging the machine in, please place the magnet as shown on the
diagram.
1. Plug in the equipment and turn on the switch, which is at the back of the base. The
equipment is on standby.
2. Press the on/off button
this button again.
3. If you want to use the equipment in "standing" mode, please stand on it before starting it.
If you prefer another position, it is better to use the "countdown" function in order to
postpone the selected program starting for a few seconds.
HOW TO PLAN AN EXERCISE SESSION.
• Begin by choosing the length of the exercise using the buttons for adjusting the operating time. The minimum time is 1
minute and the maximum time is 15 minutes.
• Select the mode using the mode button.
• Select the vibrating or oscillating intensity using the button for adjusting the level of intensity.
• Select one of the three functions of the equipment:
- Vibrating
- Up & Down (oscillating)
- Duo (vibrating + oscillating)
• To start exercising, press the programme start button, which is under the button for adjusting intensity.

Please turn off the switch and disconnect the equipment prior to daily maintenance. Please clean your equipment using a
damp cloth. Use a soft, dry cloth rather than a damp cloth to clean the power switch and around the platform.
