DESCRIPTION OF DIFFERENT FEATURES
Countdown function:
this function allows you to postpone the time at which your equipment starts running for 5, 10 or 15 seconds. First select
the mode, length and intensity before using this function. This will leave the user time to get onto the platform when
doing more complex exercises.
E-saving button:
Button for saving electricity By pressing this button, all the lights will go out in order to save electricity. Simply press any
button and the control panel will light up again.
Safety key and emergency stop:
This key enables your equipment to run. In an emergency requiring the machine to come to a complete halt, you can
remove the key by pulling on the short cord. You can also remove and keep this key in a safe place to prevent children
from playing with the equipment.
DESCRIPTION OF DIFFERENT MODES
User manual.
Lets you adjust the speed and duration you want yourself.
Beginner mode.
A mode adapted for beginners, it lets you adjust the vibrating or oscillating function of the equipment during your first
sessions. It starts at level 1 and rises one level at a time up to the maximum level of intensity chosen. It then falls back again
one level at a time to until it reaches 1 again.
Intermediate mode.
For people already accustomed to using this equipment, this mode is an extra stage for a more intense workout. It
operates like the "beginner mode", but more quickly.
Advanced mode.
Intended for people who already have some experience. This programme is more intense and fuller. It starts at level 1 and
